The Drum Nail Polishing Machine series is designed for surface finishing of wire nails, iron nails, steel nails, and other suitable metal fasteners. Available in PG-500, PG-1000, and PG-1500 models, the equipment offers drum capacities from 500 kg to 1,500 kg, making it suitable for small, medium, and larger batch nail processing.
The PG Series Hexagonal Drum Nail Polishing Machine is designed for cleaning and polishing finished nails and small metal parts. Its hexagonal drum and friction polishing process help remove oil, dust, and surface residues while improving product appearance.
Available in PG-500, PG-1000, and PG-1500 models, the machine offers loading capacities from 500 to 1500 kg per batch. With efficient polishing, simple operation, and convenient unloading, it is suitable for common nails, construction nails, and other metal products.
The machine uses a large-capacity hexagonal drum with a closed structure. During
operation, the drum rotates around its center, causing nails, abrasive media, and
polishing material inside the drum to tumble and rub against each other. This
mechanical action helps improve the surface appearance of finished nails and
provides an efficient solution for batch processing.
With a drum speed of approximately 36 rpm and a polishing cycle of about one hour, the equipment is suitable for nail production lines, nail factories, and general metal fastener processing. Its practical structure allows the drum to rotate to a suitable angle for convenient unloading and operation.
