The High Speed Nail Making Machine converts Q195 low-carbon steel wire into
finished nails through a continuous forming process. First, the wire is fed into the
machine at a controlled speed. The forming mechanism then straightens and cuts the wire to the required nail length. At the same time, the nail head is formed through a high-speed heading process, while the nail point is shaped by the forming mechanism.
After each nail is completed, it is automatically discharged from the working area.
The coordinated movement of the feeding, cutting, heading, and forming components enables continuous nail production at a stable speed.
